Mexican Catrina's

Here are some large Dia de los Muertos,
Day of the Dead
Sculptures
Aren't they fun!
We really enjoyed learning about the culture there.
During the celebration of Dia de los Muertos
families gather around grave sites, they have lots of food,
especially something their loved one enjoyed,
Lot's of beer, and lively music.
They celebrate the life of the person who passed.
They laugh and dance, tell stories, and cry.
This sometimes goes on All Day!
Sound Fun??

Not so sure it sounds like fun, but it would definitely be interesting. It is fun to learn other cultures!

How are you doing, Jan?
I wish ADO was still on Blogger, as I don't have a Facebook account and miss viewing so many doll makers latest creations! Many are still at Cloth and Clay ning which is great too.
I left a comment about the Bride Doll Challenge and I know you know all about Art Doll Quarterly so I hope my comment there wasn't redundant.
Smiles!
