                                           1st Give Away....
A book by Julia Cameron
The Artist's Way

I have added another give away,

                                          This is FUN!

                                                                  please leave a comment

He is hand sculpted from polymer clay, designed and sculpted by me.                                                                        he rests in a moss covered pod from a Rain Forest.
He is able to bend his arms (wire armature)

Elfed has a collection of acorns in his pod home.
He fancies himself as an artist,
and he is sure he will use them in "some project."

I think people interpret life experiences with an eye toward their faith or lack of it. when you are living only in the present, with nothing to look forward to in the future, it would have to color your view. I also think some people are inherently joyful and look at life with joy. Thanks for the chance to win your fabulous gift and I hope you are having as much fun as I am hopping from blog to blog meeting such creative thoughtful people.

A very good question! I think...well, it's like cooking. Take flour, sugar, eggs and vanilla- the same ingredients may make a cake or cookies or a crepe or even a sauce, depending on how they're handled! Likewise, two people, born with the same health and general personality, may become heroes or artists or slackers or soldiers depending on how their lives shape them. But another person, with the same experiences but made of different "ingredients", may respond very differently to the same circumstances. All we can do, to get the company we want, is try to make sure we're adding the sweetness we want to the world...
Glad you joined the Ride!

This is a great book that I have been thinking about buying for a long time. You are going to make someone very happy when you draw their name.
I started blogging about 18 months ago- I did not think I would enjoy it as much as I do nor did I count on meeting so many wonderful bloggers who have become my on line friends.
I hope you are having a terrific OWOH.

What a wonderful giveaway, please count me in. Although I must admit the greater gift is your desire to hear others' stories, a rare find indeed. Perception seems to the key to me; why one can go through similar events and walkaway with a different outlook or perhaps it's just a heart of gratitude that makes the difference. Whatever the case I wish all the best that life can give.
